Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy for Dr.ved Sciences.
Manage the end-to-end process of product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Optimize product pages for search engines and improve overall website performance.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective online campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for e-commerce.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent online customer support.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure website functionality and resolve technical issues.
Implement and manage online promotions and discounts.
Evaluate and select third-party tools or platforms to enhance the e-commerce experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management (1-3 years).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with relevant e-commerce platforms and tools.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
